All sales are final after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have an issue with fitting, please contact us within the 30-day period. We pay for return postage for US customers. For non-US customers, since we do not have an effective mean to arrange for prepaid postage, you will need to bear the shipping cost for return shipment. Upon receiving your return shipment in reasonable conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Since we are dealing with very intimate merchandise, to safeguard our shoppers' interests, merchandise will qualify for refund or exchange when it is not worn, used or washed, and is in the same condition as it was received in its original packaging.
